Inland Counties Legal Services is launching a combined food drive and fundraising effort to support households across the Inland Empire who are experiencing rising levels of food insecurity. With rising costs for housing, groceries, and other essentials, the recent disruption of SNAP benefits has created a sudden and serious strain for many children, seniors, individuals, and families. Local food banks are reporting a sharp increase in demand and a widening gap between their resources and the number of people now relying on emergency support.
To help close that gap, we’ve launched a virtual food drive in partnership with Feeding America, and we’re inviting our staff and extended network to join us and help us reach our goal.
Because Feeding America can secure food in bulk through direct relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors, every $1 provides up to 5 meals to those in need— a far greater impact than any one person could purchase at the grocery store. That means even a small donation makes a direct and immediate impact.
Food insecurity is not just about hunger — it’s about stability, dignity, and community care. By joining us, you are helping ensure that our neighbors in the Inland Empire do not go without the most basic human need during this critical moment. Thank you for standing with us.
